Quotations & fixed pricing
Our published "from £99" pricing is indicative only. We will provide a fixed-price quotation following inspection (in person or by photograph). The quoted price is the final price barring additional damage discovered once work begins, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
The 12-month repair guarantee
All standard repairs are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion against failure of the repair under normal use.
The 10-year stone coating guarantee
Our specialist precast/natural stone coating is guaranteed for 10 years against coating failure under normal weathering conditions.
What the guarantee excludes
Damage caused by accident, misuse, harsh chemicals, modification or third-party interference is not covered.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Bookings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a callout fee.
Liability & insurance
MHrepairs is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of remedying the agreed repair.
